hey guys ive been on this forum for a long time just havnt made an account.
just a question.
my stats
110lbs very lean person virtually no body fat
5'7
20yrs old
lifting for year and a half
yes i know im a small person lol
i was even at 100 pounds probably a year ago b4 i started working out seriously gaining weight is hard for me. Just genetics EVERYONE in my family is like that. but my question is i cant seem to break 110 no matter how many cals i put into my body and its really starting to piss me off. is it possiable my bodys use to my diet and i need to up it even though im already throwing in TONS of calories and 4 protein shakes a day?
