Can you bold the ones out of the normal range please? It makes it easier to read.

You need to donate blood to lower your hematocrit.

Drink more water. Your kidneys are suffering.

You E2 is not crazy high but you are aromatizing. I am surprised given how my Adex you are already using. Are you sure your adex is legit?

This may also be a contributing causes as to why your kidneys are also hurting. The rule is to drink 3 glasses of water for each beer you have right?

Im using liquidex from RUI. Also what are you looking at that says my kidneys are sufering?
I gave blood 1 week before my blood work was done, should i go give more?
Thank you for your help on this

Your egfr or glomerular filtration rate. You are just into stage 3. Considered moderate kidney damage. Your creatinine is high too. Might warrant a urine test. As others say water.... not anything to be alarmed with but it's there.

Ive seen from RUI's posts and other info ive scrounged that they claim refrigerate and other times no need to. I havent chilled anything i have bought from them.

Is there anything I can do to raise my eGFR?
Is drinking more water going to do it?
After reading about it, are kidneys starting to fail?
Thank you.

its hard to say. Like with everything else medical its best to be your own advocate. So you will have to do your own research and find a plan.

You will know when your kidneys start to fail
Firstly they will start to hurt you will have a lot of discomfort sitting in a car seat or any chair that presses against your lower back
Your skin will start turning yellow especially on your face
Breaking out in pimples as your body tries to rid itself of toxins
You will get yellow and black lines under your eyes
Dark coloured urine (greenish yellow ) with a strong salty smell
Loss of appetite
Tired all of the time
There the main things to watch out for
If this shit starts happening get yourself to hospital and they will get you on a drip and try to get the levels up

BTW eGFR is purely a calculated value based on creatinine. High protein diets, creatine supps, and hard workouts can all raise creatinine, giving the appearance of kidney insufficiency.

Based purely on eGFR I've had stage 3 kidney disease too but have since made a miraculous recovery.
