just got some T3 need recomended dosage...

so i just got some T3 need recommended dosage... I got it from a friend and it came in liquid form and is lime green in color. I 5'11" weight 210 lb and looking to loose 30-35 pounds. I having been taking about two drops twice to three times a day for a month and really haven't lost anything. i am also on a no carb diet and lifting weight 5 times a week.

for starters, you can begin with 25mcg.
work your way up until you hit 50-60mcg, depending on your comfort level.
once a day dosing is fine enough (so I've read), and morning seems preferred.
I don't know the length of time you can use T3 without causing yourself undue damage.
JUST MAKE SURE TO TAPER BACK DOWN. This allows for the pituitary/hypothalamus to regain control of the thyroid.

Good question. I would try to get a insulin syringe (the 1cc syringe with 100 gradations on it allowing for a more accurate measurement). You probably know this, but you don't inject the T3, just shoot it in your mouth all the same.

What is the concentration of your T3? (should read in "mcg/mL") I am supposing it is 200mcg/mL.

Sounds like you got a good understanding of what a drop converts to. I had to go look it up and found:

1 drop = 1 minims
10 minims = 0.616mL

so, it follows that:
10 drops gives you just over half a mL.
5 drops is about .3mL (or 30mcg) --depending on your concentration

Sorry I had to write all that out--I was just working it out! But yea you're right. 4-5 drops should be right.

By taking it on an empty stomach, you can avoid any unwanted side effects like nausea and diarrhea.

Most t3 cycles I have see people using and T3 cycles I have been on in the past have been at most 5 weeks and the highest dose Ive taken has been 100 mcg a day (liquid). I have herd that tablet form is better, but I'm not sure as I have always used liquid.

and t3 isn't your problem.. your diet is your problem....

you need to get that checked out..

u can follow the free route and have me critique it if you read post one of my free diet advice thread and do whats asked..

if you dont wanna do that and want to become a client i can build you a comprehensive diet..

Each person is different but I read an article on this guy who runs triathlons and his doctor said he will never be a small guy.

Right now i am eating a low carb / low calorie diet. Id like to eat a little less calories but it is a struggle. I started like 4-5 months ago and have noticed some gains, but not in my weight.

As far as your diet advice i really don't know how to get the information you are asking. On second thought I am going to see my doc. So I will her about how to get my body fat and BMR.

DEf. first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for sure.....but t3 really shouldnt be your way to lose 30 lbs...more like the last 6 lbs to get to sub %10.....diet needs to be critiqued

your eating cycle is kinda like your sleep cycle...

if you start sleeping in the day time you'll stay up at night. (e.g. you work the grave yard shift)

but if you slowly transition into sleeping at night it will reset..

same thing with food.. you start off slow.. small..

and the next thing you know you'll feel sick to your stomach if you dont eat breakfast.. or dont eat every 3 hrs after that

I don't ever feel sick in the mornings... I was thinking about eat more in the mornings but am afraid i will eat the same at night time and gain weight. Sometimes I think I eat cause I am bored. This is a real problem cause I spend so much time in the gym. 5-6 days a week 1-130 minutes on weights 30-40 minutes on cardio

if you schedule out your diet correctly so your never hungry you wont have those cravings at night...

i used to be just like you.. i loved to eat late at night... it was ruining me..

with the correct diet you can eat late at night but with the right foods..

shit i kill a steak before i go to bed... almost every night.. lol

To allow your body to better process it, don't drink water, or anything 15 minutes before or after taking. Same for general supplements.

If I wake up hungry in the middle of the night I pound some water....thats the quickest way to cure hunger....even if your hungry and not thirsty it can help.

^this. stop looking for shortcuts. T3 is not the answer. take a fat burner if you want some help. either way, you need to fix your nutrition.

Shortcuts is the way of life.. Everyone is doing it or trying to find a way to do something better, faster and more efficient. After all why else are we in a steroid forum?
