just had a few questions about workouts

i am 18 at 200 lbs with roughly 15-17 lbs of body fat. i have been lifting for 7 years.

i was just wondering if anyone had any chest workouts or routines that would possibly "burn" the fat from my chest or basically define it more. also i was wondering if anyone has a list of good ab workouts or routines to define those as well. thanks!
 
No such thing as fat spot reduction.

If you Google ab routines you will come up with 100's. Dont forget to include planks.
 
Can't spot reduce fat but I've heard if you inject HGH in a select area it usually burns more fat from that section... Just what I heard don't have personal experience xD
