AND I ORDERED THE BEGINNERS STACK. ITS A THREE MONTH CYCLE
MONTH 1: MASS/STRENGTH
MONTH 2: STRENGTH / SHRED
MONTH 3 PCT
SO here is my supplement plan.
On cycle supplements
I'll be taking :
1. RA Anabolic Stack
2. "Life Support" (On cycle support) by AI Sports Nutrition
3. Alive Max Potency (No Iron Added) Multivitamin, 180 tablets
4. gnc super digestive enzymes
Post Cycle Supplements
1. RA Anabolic PCT
2. Erase pro by PES® (Aromataise Inhibitor)
3. 1XD & 1XDpm (Test Booster / DA Acid) Ive taken it before and man...its not a ph or juice but it provided serious growth!
Any other PCT suggestions?
Novadex and Clomid, How do I get the REAL THING? I dont wanna be duped. Any leads guys?
My main fears are Gyno
IM PRETTY FREAKIN EXCITED. WHILE IM NOT EXPECTING TO BECOME A MASSIVE MONSTER,
I DO EXPECT TO PUT ON SOME MASS. SO I WANT TO MAKE SURE ALL MY CARDS ARE IN ORDER.
Ive maintained a clean diet for about 3 months now...pretty much paleo with a balance of complex carbs.
I wanted to tap into the wealth of experience and knowledge here to see what workouts you guys can offer up
that is within the 4-5 day a week training range. RIght now, Im doing a 5 day split and I am definitely seeing results,
Each day is a diff muscle. This has worked seemingly because I can work the hell out of each muscle group. My quads are HUGE. I cant fit any of my jeans.
My calves need to catch up though. But in this cycle I wanna work on traps...Man Ive alwas wanted massive traps since i was a kid. They are growing..slowly.
So what Am i Asking for?

1. Advice on workouts. Samples...Tips...
2. Advice on "ON-CYCLE SUPPORT" and "POST CYCLE SUPPORT"...supplements, etc
Please no long winded rants hating or calling me stupid, everyone starts somewhere and Im pretty sure when you started you didnt "KNOW" Everything.
Im just starting with gear and figured Id give PH's a try first.
