I just ordered the Testosterone Recovery Stack from Primordial Performance and I have a couple of questions. It says to start the Toco-8 four weeks prior on the "Official PCT" thread. Does that mean to start it during the last 4 weeks of your cycle, and continue through PCT?
Also, it says on the main website to take EndoAmp 1 hour before your workout, and on the post cycle therapy (pct) thread, it says to take it immediately after your workout. Which one is it?
Last question: How much of the Sustain Alpha should I take of the oral version? It says 6 pumps for 5 days on and two days off for the spray version. How much would that equal to on the oral version?
