Hi all - long time lurker
First and foremost - Thank you 3J for your professionalism and quick responses. I sent 3J my payment and info on the 7th and I had my diet on the 9th with EXCELLENT communication..awesome! Unfortunately business did not allow me to get to the gym last week, but I did start the diet on Friday.
So my plans right now are to drop body fat and gain some strength so 3J suggested the Carb cycle. With my diet started and my first workout coming Monday AM, I am ready to work hard to reach my goals. For the 8 weeks, my promise to my self is to stick to the diet and 3J's changes as best I can. When I say this, it means no cheating, following the diet as close as I can, and getting into the gym. My gym is fairly busy, and I have a 3 year old daughter, so the best time I can get into the gym and get a decent workout in is 5am. Ouch
I am sure you all don't need to know my life story, but check back every once in a while, and I will post some updates. Sorry for the lack of pictures atm, I have Psoriasis and I don't feel comfy posting them yet, but here are my stats to give you an idea of my body composition.
As of Wed:
Age: 37
Weight: 227
Height: 172 CM
BF: 29% via Dexa Scan - If anyone wants to see the print out, I will scan it and you can see the break down.
Neck: 18"
Chest 45"
Stomach 46.5"
Waistline 42.25"
Bicep 13.5"
Thigh 24"
Calves 15.25
Forearm 12"
With very little strength and my fat little body, you can see I have a lot of work to do
