I'm just thinking of making 3 days at a time chicken Brest caus that's what I prefer to eat . And for the carbs that's easy brown rice bags , and the veg steam in bags .. It's hard tho because I work a hard job . And sujjestions ?
Ps thanks 3j your diet is spot on . Now it's up to me .. I'll be posting some pics for you guys later in the week to see progress .

How long did you do the diet for?

I am planning on doing 12 weeks..

I wanna say yes and just do it, but the money is holding me back.. We have a baby on the way.

I'm w 3j now too. I was doing the carb cycle but now he suggested changing it up to a 4 week bulk. I cook all my meat for the week on Sundays. I buy like 5 lbs hamburger meat, 3 lbs of ground turkey breast and like 4 pounds of boneless skinless breast. Each night I put what I'm gonna eat for the next day in containers so I can just grab and go seeing as how I've started to get up early enough to cook my 3 eggs and 6 egg whites. Works for me.

Some prep tips from a hotel cook right here;
Your meats are good in the fridge for about five days... You can actually do all your prep sat/sun...
As to how I would do it... Veggies, would do the day of... Your rice, you can cook in bulk, it'll last in the fridge for a few days too.
Meats, I'd cook all my titties off on sunday... Season three garlic/oregano, three garlic/Italian seasoning and three garlic/thyme/lemon ... or whatever you like!! (That will last you, I dont know how many days but, in my house hold between me and my boyfriend, probably two days tops)
Ground beef/turkey/chicken -- shit drys out so, I typically do it in a sauce.. Like, right now.. I just did up some ground beef for me and the man, did it with onion/garlic/zuccs/mushroom canned tomatoes and seasoned it with thyme/basil/oregano garlic salt. let it simmer and he'll take it with lunch, with most likely a cup of pre cooked rice... I'll eat it as is... It's a sauce, you can freeze it, pull it out as to when you want it, giving it two days to thaw out... Or, keep it in your fridge for, about a week.

Sunday Night/ prep all your meats. separate everything in Tupperware, keep yourself organized and ready to go. I make a shit load of salads too... Anything from marinated mushrooms to tomato... I make all dressings from scratch as well.. Nothing can possible go bad because, you're constantly eating.

And oh, date everything just in case if you're unsure... and remember, nothing won't go bad as long as it's in the fridge at a proper temp.. If you keep pulling, and deciding, you're not eating it, or you didn't have time at work to eat it.. It's fine to refrigerate it again, it won't go sour within a few hours..

Good luck! if you need help on, making food taste good, just remember, garlic/onion and S&P to taste, goes alongggg way!!

OH!!!! and one more thing... EGGS!! fuck, they're cheap... What I do... I boil them off.. I hate scrambled eggs!! You can boil as many as you want off.. I do about 2 dozen... Peel them, and stick em in water and keep then in the fridge and they'll be good for 3-5 days.... to heat them up... i get a bowl, hot, hot water... let them soak in the water, and they're temp'd up... DO NOT nuke em, unless you wanna clean a nice mess up... Take the yoks out and, I'll eat them with a salad, as is, or some tomato sauce..

Preach the time you took to help ill remember that .. Yea I need to cook in bulk .. Right now I'm only good for tomorrow . Meal 1 2 3 set up meal 4 is in the frig for when I get home and ill haft to cook meal 5 .. And when I do I'll prep the rest of the meat fore the rest of the week . I cook some good chicken Brest just like you said s and pepper and spices .. I guess I need to bust out the onions as well . I think the trick is not to over cook the chicken to keep it moist .. Hay do you have any non fat marinade ideais for chicken . Thanks .

I don't understabd why people pay for diet plans..lol Its not rocket science. Lol just dont get it. Good on ya 3j!

I was a bit short on cash when i started it, so i took 6 weeks of follow up. But i still use the same diet more or less since last summer. I actually dont have the time to follow it carefully like i could in summer time. But next summer i will get back to it .
Motivation is key though. You can have the best diet in the world, u need to be dedicated to it and to your training/sleep etc...

You must be under 40, hell probably under 30.

I bet hes 27 :p

Not but seriously...its like saying why pay for a gym...You can find shit to lift around the house hehe... Its funny how we are ..when we pay for stuff it significantly increases our motivation lol

Uhh.... You could do a reduced balsamic vinegar sauce... you can take some tits, and some fresh herbs (spring of rosemary (not a lot, it's friggin powerful) some fresh thyme, half a lemon - cut it up into rustic chunks, onion, celery, and some garlic cloves) in a big zipblock bag.. Can let it sit in the bag for a day or two... then dump it all in a roasting pan.. and you can cook it off for a few hours at a very low heat of 290 or you can cook it at 325 for about 20-30mins - depends on your oven and how big the breasts are....
Sauces I normally just stick to tomatoes or make a nice bruschetta topping.

German89, in my town there are only a few women who take the gym seriously, and fewer who know how to make a true clean meal that still tastes amazing (reason I cook for myself). Your bf better appreciate the fuck out of you because I'm jealous haha

I'll second that !!! I can't get my wife to commit to anything including working out with me.....:noway:

lmao... i'm sure he does! he loves the cooking... my specialty are pastries though, thats where my true passion and artistic side comes out

oh another good chicken dish is like a chicken cacciatore.. cook at low heating, for a few hours... and instead of pasta you can make it with rice or squash noodles or those noodles that are high in fiber - i forget what they're called
