Just took my 1st d-Bol tab :)

The point of a kickstart is to give gains while you're waiting for your test to kick in. If you don't start the test until you have finished the d-bol, you will still have to wait for the test to kick in and you will have effectively nullified your "kickstart". Not to mention that you are going to shut yourself down on the dbol and have no testosterone plus high estrogen for weeks until you start the test and it takes effect. You should just be running the test alone for your first cycle anyway.

Well I am doing a further 2 weeks on dbol whilst on Sustanon (sust) but I do see where your coming from and makes sense. So you recommend I start the Sustanon (sust) the Monday coming, I'll only be a week into the dbol then? Dnt really wanna start Sustanon (sust) half way into a week.
 
Continue with what you're doing, but just keep in mind a kickstart does not mean a fast acting steroid first, and then long after. It means you take a fast with the slow, in order to see gains earlier.

You are not doing a kickstart you are doing dbol and then test. Get that test flowing soon and reap the benefits. Get your post cycle therapy (pct) stuff now if you don't already have it and maybe consider working out more than 3 days. I don't know about you but I am currently on my first test-e only cycle and it takes everything I have to stay away from the gym. All I want to do is train.

Start counting macros, get your pro and carbs up like You mad bro said and you'll be good to go. Stay possitive and lift heavy. Really try to take this time as a learning expirience for your diet. In my opinion your diet should be your bread and butter, and then you should start a cycle. No drug in the world will give you the gains you want if the correct nutrients aren't in place. Very smart for asking brother, don't let anyone get you down, it's all a learining process.
 
Bro I can see you are trying. You need to figure out how many calories you are trying to consume and divide the number you need by the number of meals you intend to eat.

Chicken fillet with sweet corn and more chicken doesn't sound like you know how many calories you are consuming. If you have a newer phone then you won't have any problem downloading an app like myfitnesspal or loseit. That will help you count your cals and you can set a limit on the number you are trying to hit. Find a protein number you want to high (i.e 250g) and a fat number you want to hit (i.e 90g) and then fill the rest of your day up with carbs.

Thanks a lot for that app idear m8. What a great app that is, you was right about me not knowing how many calories etc I was consuming. Now I know exactly what I am :)
