i currently lift 5 days a week.
Mon - Fri look like this : Chest,Back,Legs,Shoulders,Arms
On my training days, after i lift, i run or cycle for 30+ min. On off days, 45+ min.

While doing this, i lift hard, so while gaining muscle will i be burning off body fat too?
 
That depends on your diet. It is highly unlikely you are going to gain muscle and burn fat at the same time anyway, unless you are on drugs. You should concentrate on either one or the other, otherwise you are just setting yourself up for shitty results.
