my diets clean i dropped down to 8-9% bf through diet i just have a sick problem with chest fat i cant get rid of i run 5 miles every week and my whole workout is non stop high intensity, i wanted to get down to 4-5% bf for summer(shoulder striations haha), im not looking to run test.. to harsh was just looking for a lil umph before the summer if you guys feel me.. the reviews for the stuff were good i just wanted to run it past you guys first.. and dr steal no i've never ran AAS before... currently i'm 180 lbs round 17% bf my diet has been a little off over the winter.. just being a lazy bastaad i'll admit it... but my cutting diet is all low glycemic brown rice, oats,whole weat bread, quoina, barley flax etc.. and my protein sources are fish,chicken, eggs (like 30-40 egg whites a day), red meat and i'm pretty hardcore with it i drink puree veggies, no salt on anything as an example of just how crazy i got wit my summer diet
