I would like to say (brag) my arms are 16.5 now. They have been 16 for a good 6 months and I got out of it through a simple change in reps I ALWAYS kept my reps at 12 simply because it worked but when I switched to 5 reps that is when growth happened. I always periodized but not my arms. I would also like to add that I have mastered deadlifts and it's form from a Powerlifter friend of mine and although I am starting at 180 pounds 5 reps I beleive this is helping to add all over mass. My wife measures my arm and she always got less than I did because she wrapped it perfectly straight. This time we both got 16.5 and I am really happy. I know some may not care and it doesn't seem like alot to you guys but it is for me. Kick ass.
