They're the exact same thing. Kefei biotech is the primary manufacturer of blue tops.

Yeah, one comes in the box like you pictured and the other in plain white boxes, but the vials are identical..blue tops with no labeling.

I've only boxes with printing but i've heard from others that depending on stock they can be sent in plain boxes as well.
