Hey everyone. I wanted to start off saying thanks to Sarmsearch for the LGD. I'm excited to run it, and we'll see what happens to me. If this works out, I hope for another discount code in the future to review more sarms.
Onto it: My goal with LGD is to help put on a little bit of mass. Keeping in mind this isn't a crazy anabolic (like tren), I'm not expecting big gains. But I am hoping for my lifting stats to go up and my lagging body parts to catch up. So I'll be running a bulking diet, increasing caloric intake every couple of weeks depending on where I am at weight wise. I've taken my blood test prior to this log, and I plan to do another 4 weeks into my cycle, and then 4 weeks post cycle. My plan is this:
Week 1: 5-10 mg/ed
Week 2-4: 10 mg/ed
Week 4: blood test, assess test levels, and run from there*
Weeks 5-8: TBD
*If complete shutdown were to happen, my doctor will have me run HCG and save my ass.
LGD will be run as a standalone (no peptides, anabolics, SERMS involved). The reason for this is to really assess what LGD actually does. I understand most of you run it with clomid or test, I'm natural and still don't wanna play with my hormones like that so I plan to keep things on the low.
About me: I'm 22, lifted for 4 years and have taken it seriously for about 2 now. I'm very competitive, and I've competed for USAPL in powerlifting and won my weight class at 163 lbs and competed in the NPC and have taken first my weight class (at 152 lbs), the novice division, and the drug-free overall.
Stats right now (as of July 5th):
Testosterone: 541
Weight: 162 lbs.
Height: 5'6"
Bench: 295 lbs
Squat: 365 lbs
Deadlift: 446 lbs
