I will just chime in that 1600 calories is very, very low. I am 5'9 and my cut down to 164 lbs (from 191) was at 2000 cal a day. I just finished a bulk and am starting to cut again. The bulk had me at 3600 cal a day at one point and now I am at 3000, to drop to 2500 at some point when I start to stall. I simply cannot imagine only consuming 1600 calories a day.

As a note, one of the more important things testosterone does is to help the process of erythropoiesis, which is the creation of red blood cells. Men simply need testosterone to help in the creation of red blood cells - it is how simply how our bodies work. Low T levels means less red blood cells are created, which means lethargy and all that comes with a reduced oxygen content in the cells of our bodies.

Circulating Testosterone alone is capable of and sufficient to influence erythropoiesis, especially at supraphysiological dosage, while circulating E(2) have not the same effect on erythropoietic parameters, suggesting the hypothesis that the erythropoietic changes induced by androgens are not mediated via its aromatization to estrogens

Remember, weight loss that lasts is usually based on changes you can live with for a long time, not a temporary diet. Once your finished with this diet, do you have a plan for continued maintenance? This is not me criticizing you, or flaming you. Quiet honestly, I amazed your functioning well. That is a torturous regimen to put your body through. If I were you, contact 3J and get some advice on how repair the problem, or another nutritional/ diet expert that you may know This just my advice! Hope it all works out for you!
