Keto is the ****...for me at least!

I must say that I was hesitant in starting Keto after reading some of the threads about people not liking it and how they couldn't function, but I have to be honest and say that I am completely energized, wide awake, more alert, and I feel completely satisfied with what I am eating. I am only eating carb sources from fibrous veggies and I am not having any cravings. I started last Thursday and this is the first time in almost a year that I haven't even had a cheat meal on the weekend. Keto is a great tool and I am so glad that I have taken the advice of others on here to try it. I haven't weighed myself, but I am going to gauge my progress with the mirror and my clothes. Since I am currently at around 24% BF, I will not incorporate a carb up until after 2 weeks on. To be honest, the food sources are great and I don't feel like I am restricting myself. Thanks for all the helpful tips and advice!

I love keto too! It has worked wonders for me.
Not only with fat loss but mentally.
Did you know that Keto diets are used in the treatment of children with ADHD and seizure disorders. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I also do refeeds every 14 days, its just what works best for me.

It is great! I also have you to thank for recommending it a few weeks ago. I feel and look leaner and I don't feel like I am depriving myself.

Keto changed my life for the better. My supplement adderllin is thermo with nootrpoics made for that kind of dieting. I have gotten too about 6 percent bodyfat running keto with clen and a thermo in the off times.

I have a disorder that causes me to have seizures, and it's true that keto does help
Large amounts of carbs causes me to have seizure activity even on medication. The ketones actually help suppress this from happening.

I like how I don't retain water from keto, but I find that I don't have enough energy for training. (and I really like fruit lol)
Any suggestions on how to keep energy levels while on keto??
