kitchen advice please...

i did all the math n found out i need to consume 1900 cal a day to loose 1lb of fat a week.. ok...i also no i have to hit the gym (cardio).

my questions are about foods..im 5'11 260.
im hungry alot n this diet is a mental punishment for me.

what foods are best for my diet breakfast lunch dinner ..

what foods are low cal n will fill me up so i dont have the need or urge to eat more.

Eat foods that you enjoy, make sure you have solid portion control.

As for being hungry, welcome to the other side of gaining and losing fat, I bet your belly felt nice and full on the way up, now you gotta do the opposite to come back down (I am with you brother, hungry as hell all the time)

A few tips, drink coffee, diet soda, water, chew gum.

Eat lean proteins and lots of vegetables and fruit.

Remember you goal, every time you go to blow off your diet, ask yourself:
Is it worth it?
Does this help me get closer or farther away from my goal?

But yeah, the first week, it's weigh this and weigh that, constantly looking up calories on foods.

Its critical you do this for everything for a week or two until you know what to expect.

I still weigh my food every few months just to make sure my portions are still on point. They almost ALWAYS grow so you need to periodically check.

There is a great thread in this forum about macros. Good proteins, fats and carbs. Read it and build your diet around those foods.
