hey, i just upped the weights on my leg ext's and brought it up quite a bit since I was finding it way too easy where i had it before, and needed a challenge as I am trying to spark massive growth. the problem is, My knees have been hurting from this, Im thinking as a result, but it doesnt always happen when i work legs, sometimes it will be out of the blue after a long day. I really don't want to do what I bet most of you are going to say(bring the weight back down a little) as I have taken it as an accomplishment, and it will hurt my ego to drop it down again. any thoughts on what it might be or how to cure it. it feels liek it is usually in the joint or right above at the attachment,and has a dull ache, almost like a growing pain kind of feeling.
