In Pursuit of EXCELLENCE!
Please... is there someone who can help? Why no response?

I've not yet received even a comment... and can't help but wonder why... Rather than experiment, possibly harm my body, a good friend of mine suggested I post here for your expertise. If I am omitting information or not asking properly, forgive me... but I need your help.

I only have access to deca... test ..clomid, clenbuterol and novaldex.

40yr old femaile never used before.. training over 7 years.

want to compete late nov/06: profile pic is an idea of my present shape with no aids...

could someone suggest a cycle/dsgs with some/however many of these to be on the safe side? Or are there any I should totally avoid? ANY hlep would be appreciated.

thx -ev

hi! welcome to 'ology! ;)
honestly; of the drugs you mentioned, clenbuterol is the only one i would suggest for you. you have great muscle mass; now the key is diet, cardio and fatburners from here on out to get a stage-ready look. try starting with 20mcg/day of clen and see how well you tolerate it. if you want you could even start a journal on here...

Thanks for your reply Badkitty... I value your advice. I do quite a bit of cardio at the moment, but my diet is not fine-tuned yet, which I know is a must.

Are there any other steroids that you might suggest that are NOT on my list?... I am not looking for anything other than a low dose... I find it very difficult to hold the mass while keeping my bodyfat low. IF so, could you suggest what I might use and how I might use it in a cycle with the clenbuterol? (the dosages and how i take it in conjunction with the clen... I don't know anything about stacking/cycles, etc...). My bodyweight is approx 140lbs., and I would guess around 17-18% bodyfat.

Thank you also for the welcome... I hope I can be a contributor/supporter in some way eventually.

anavar or winstrol are great starters for first cycles; both of them would need to begin at 5mgs/day to assess tolerance. you could stack them with clen with no problem. i would NOT recommend test or deca; the risk of virilization (unwanted male characteristics) is too high with those drugs.
P.S. : diet and cardio are KEY!! you can take the heaviest cycles of drugs and bust your ass in the gym, and still not se the results that you want unless your diet is clean and your cardio is specific for your goals. if you have a hard time retaining muscle, stick to lower-intensity cardio like walking on an incline, not running. best of luck to you!

Being my first time competing, I am not entirely positive which weight class I will find myself in... I doubt it will be lightweight... But I desire more muscularity and a lot more bodyfat reduction/definition.
I am presently working out three times a week. 2-3 hours of cardio.. sometimes half before my weights and half after, other days I do it all before my weights... I take a break after my cardio, change, have a dilute protein shake and a piece of fruit until my energy returns and then I work out with weights for approx an hour or so... At this point, I am working my whole body each time I train... and I desire to change this. ie: go to the gym more often, splilt up my training routine and cut down my cardio a bit... I do extensive cardio for health reasons, not just to reduce my bodyfat... I do train very intensely with weights and am a stickler for form.
I think my biggest challenge is my diet.. I have recently been battling multiple root canal infections/jaw infection and can't eat properly... I am soooo hungry, and so I end up eating things that aren't choice foods... (ie: milk products). I can't have the salad/veggies that I want... the pain is too intense. I am hoping this is resolved within the first week of July.
There is so much that I don't know... I suppose I'm just overwhelmed. I don't know what else to say... is this too vague? lol...

Let me have a think on this one ...obviously you need a diet plan for your specific goal and sorry to tell you but cardio is a females bestest buddy. I can see you doing 30min a day 4 times a week up until about 12weeks out depending on your BF percentage buy then you should know more.Diet I believe to be 90percent of a competators proccess so ..Let me think and lets see who else chimes in on this.....Could you give us your height weight BF if you know it?......DROPSET

Dropset: I'm ~135lbs, though I haven't weighed myself, I will do that my next workout at the gym. I'm 5'4", and my bodyfat is approximately 16%, although that is not a confirmed number either. I would very much appreciate an example of what my diet should be like, timing of meals (I usually workout at 11am-noon into the afternoon). I dehydrate easily and sweat A LOT. I usually sweat out 4-5lbs of water during a couple hours of cardio even though I am drinking through the workout. I am often dehydrated and retaining water. Also, would love to know how everything changes as you come into the last week or two before competition....
I know that's a lot of info... but any help would be appreciated.
I will confirm those numbers as soon as possible, and take some measurements if that would help.
