Kre-Alkalyn VS. CEE

I wanted to know if there was any distinctive differences between the two. I have taken both in the past, and theyre great. however my question is in the dosage:
Kre-Alkalyn says: take once in the morning and once pre-workout.
CEE says: take once pre and once post workout.

Im taking Kre-alkalyn now and wanted to know if it would be more beneficial to dose it like CEE? (ie...the post workout dose)
 
I'd be interested here also, always used CEE recently and liked it but just ran out and ordered some Kre-A to see what its like, should start in a couple days

same here used CEE mostly. giving kre alkalyn a try. would be nice to get some feedback on this thread though.
