Hey all,I take L-Arginine Powder pre workout,my question is,can i mix it in my morning whey shake?or does it need to be taken like 30-45 min before with water or juice of some kind,i didnt know about the absorption with milk.
Ive read if you take the powder form,you can take it with milk,im just wondering whats yalls advice
