Just got my latest lab results. I'm currently on 300mg Test Cyp every 5 days. HCG 350 units every other day, and .5mg Arimidex every 5 days. Doctor has never tested for Estrogen.

Total Test 458.00

RBC 6.06

HCT 55.1

HGB 18.4

Total Cholesterol 214.0

Triglycerides 197.0

Direct HDL 27.0

Direct LDL 157.0

Everything else looked ok, but all of the above readings where of concern to me. RBC, Hematocrit, and Hemoglobin are all on the high side, while total cholesterol, triglycerides, and HDL are low, while LDL is high. I'm assuming the adex is throwing my lipids out of balance , but I'm on such a small dosage. My Dr. called and recommended that I go donate blood, so I'm going to do that tomorrow to bring down HCT, HGB, and RBC. I would appreciate any input that experienced users could render. I know that this is not healthy to have a lipid panel so far out of wack.

I would have thought your Total test would have been much higher than 458 running 300 mg test cyp E5D along with HCG 350 IU EOD. I see a lot of people running 150-200 mg test cyp E5D along with 250 IU HCG 2x week and are in the range of 1200 for total test. I'm a newbie around these parts but seems way low with your protocol bro..

300mg e5d and you are only at 458. That does not look right. You're right about dex and lipids. You might want to look at aromasin for your Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Good luck..

Is this protocol prescribed by your doctor or is this something you are doing on your own? Everybody is different but the 300mg E5D should have your levels in the 1200-1500 range if you are using pharm grade Cypionate.

Next blood test, test Estradiol levels even if your doctor says that he doesn't normally do this. Tell him you need it.

Your at 300 every 5 days? That is not Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). That is cycle.

If your total Test is 458 and your Hemocrit is 55% there is something wrong - your Hemocrit is reflective of someone on a cycle but your total is not.

Regardless, I am shocked your MD has not pulled you off HRT with a Hemocrit of 55% and skewed lipid profiles. How old are you? Not in your 50s I'd hope...

I am not trying to insult you but are you self-administering or working with a MD on this Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? I ask because there are too many red flags listed in your post of which your MD should be mindful.
