I train 100% on my torn labrum cause i'm a moron
Cuff warm-ups every single day, light shoulder warm-ups every single day i don't care if it's leg day my shoulder's get warmed up.
Hurts a lot less since doing that, only exercise i avoid is strict standing military press, cleans, front squats etc...i still do every thing else including dead lifts, dumb bell military, smith machine press, bench press whatever. I haven't got a new MRI in a while basically because i'm scared to see how much worse i have made it.
