6 weeks into HCG Monoprotocol 500 i.u. EOD and ADEX E4D at 0.25 mg.

Total Testosterone: 13.3 Nmol/L (384 ng/dl) (range: 7.6-31.4 Nmol/L)
FSH: <1
LH: <1

Off everything and on ADEX 0.25 mg E3D I am at 9-10 Nmol/L for Total T (259-291 ng/dl)

I think you already know this, but you need to start injecting testosterone. Staying at those low levels for a prolonged period of time is unhealthy.

I know. Need to see the results of the SA as well. Couldn't get into the results of that test as well over the phone with the secretary. But she called me to tell me Doc wants to see me next week.

I fried them being on TRT for 2.5 yrs....no HCG while on or break.
Before TRT T.T. was 582 ng/dl with 0.25 mg ADEX E3D.
I have labs for all my T levels before, during, and after any T therapy.
I initially had very severe sleep apnea and never knew it and went to a TRT clinic and he measured BIO AVAIL. T and TT and mentioned your levels are not spectacular for your age...
he put me on HCG mono protocols then and moved me to T jabs with HCG while on....
never used the HCG while on and stuck with T shots only.

Noticed my balls were way bigger, and hung lower while younger and using 350 i.u. HCG 3 times a week.
Now with more HCG balls have not increased in size....

but was using HCG mono protocols off and on for 4 years....
but even after stopping those I could recover my natty T entirely.
Whole thing is keeping the leydig cells active.
when I was on TRT for 2.5 yrs, I never used HCG.
