Lack of sleep & var

This is week 3 for me on 5mg of Anavar (var) ED.

For the past 2 weeks, I've had problems falling asleep. I take somalyze by species which has melatonin in it. This stuff used to knock me out, but now I still lay in bed wide awake. Then I'm dragging in the morning.

Is this a side from Anavar (var) ?

I wouldn't recommend species products period.....they did some tests at the local university and alot of them were crap.

Usually lack of sleep is a side from low carbs. Are you doing a low carb diet?

I have come across some girls who can't sleep on Anavar (var) but I think it is actually due to the low carbs.

I'm not on a low carb diet, that's why I found it so weird. I'm going to lay off the Species pill and she how that works. My last resort is to get Ambien

That's a good idea. I would be very weary of species products. Many like them simply because they like the owner.

what negative stuff have you heard about species? I was on their sleep aid (somalyze) for a long time and it's main ingredient is melatonin, which is supposed to be good.

And I know what ya mean about the die hards who only listen to the owner's way of doing things, but that's not me LOL

First off I have heard ambien is good but have you considered an over the counter sleep aid? They can be really really good!

Melatonin is great....however if Somalyze has the amount it says or not....who knows. Species products don't have the amount of of ingredients on the bottle apparently. The only one that tested good was called Fiberlyze? I think that was what it was called.

I would be careful. The placebo effect is very powerful and many people think certain products are good not by personal experience but by what others say.

Melatonin is good for sleep by the way!

Good luck and keep us updated.
