Lack of training energy

hi guys/girls,

Most of the time when i train i tend to feel slightly lightheaded and have a lack of energy. I can have all the energy in the world before training but once i start training i seem to lose energy, followed by strength and then motivation very quickly. After about 20 minutes of what i would call light training i feel tired and have very little motivation to continue. If i can push through the tiredness and lack of motivation i'm usually alright and can train for 45-60 minute sessions however this is rare.

Im currently on AAS but have been feeling like this for a lot longer than my AAS usage. (AAS 5 weeks. lack of energy when training 1-2 years)

Anyone got ideas of what this could be? The last time i got my bloods check they came back all fine. I also get the symptoms of Hypoglycemia from time to time. Could this be the issue here?

You aren't diabetic are you? Consult your doctor. If not carbo load, You'll see stars if you don't get enough carbs-

yes, and there are many forms, pre, 1, 2 etc

went to the doc and she thinks it is an inner ear issue so wont give me the blood tests for diabetes however i'm having a blood test to look at a range of things and one thing that is tested is glucose which would give an indication of diabetes or not.

I believe so, i eat as much as i possible can before training but i tend to feel full too quickly and cant force anything else down.

I doubt you do this but you aren't eating a huge meal say 1-2 hours before training are you? A big meal like this would be very energy spending on your body to digest + add in the light exercise which would result in extreme tiredness during training.

it depends when i get time to eat really, some times i go on a full stomach like you've mentioned and other times i don't eat until after... dont really notice any difference.

I would take a look at your diet what always works for me is plain coffee, tea, creatine and try taking bcaas before during and after your workout.

but i would recommend taking a look at what kind of foods your are consuming specifically processed foods and the wrong fats ie trans fats because that could cause your cells to become insulin resistant witch basically effects how your body utilizes things like "cabs" fats and proteins but i personally wouldn't carb load mainly because depending on the type of carbs ie simple or complex carbs you will consistently spike your insulin causing all kinds of health problems.

stick to natural foods.

Training's not about talent its about heart!!
