Most of the time when i train i tend to feel slightly lightheaded and have a lack of energy. I can have all the energy in the world before training but once i start training i seem to lose energy, followed by strength and then motivation very quickly. After about 20 minutes of what i would call light training i feel tired and have very little motivation to continue. If i can push through the tiredness and lack of motivation i'm usually alright and can train for 45-60 minute sessions however this is rare.
Im currently on AAS but have been feeling like this for a lot longer than my AAS usage. (AAS 5 weeks. lack of energy when training 1-2 years)
Anyone got ideas of what this could be? The last time i got my bloods check they came back all fine. I also get the symptoms of Hypoglycemia from time to time. Could this be the issue here?
