ldex 1mg too much?

guys im on 600mgs week test cyp and hcg250ius 2 xs week--.5mg ldex dosent seem to help w/estrogen fat and water--my waste keeps getting bloated--is 1mg ldex to much to take a day to see if helps?

yeah that should be way to much. i only start wit .25mg of a-dex EOD then if needed move it up to .50mg. maybe ur L-dex is under dosed.

1mg a day is definitely too much. That is the dose used in women which brings their estradiol down to extremely low levels on purpose.

Arimidex only lowers your estradiol, but your total estrogens might be the problem. The only practical solution for that is DIM+I3C.

On 500mg/week of T plus 500mg/week of EQ I was using .25mg of arimedex every other day and acording to my blood test my E2 level was below the normal range. For what it is worth.

Try femera if liquidex isn't strong enough. I was getting gyno off 0.5mg ed ldex but now I'm taking 1.0mg femera e3d and am thinking of lowering it down some more.
