I'm 6 2" 210 due to shoulder injury I lost a good amount of mass over the last few years. But back and healthy. I'm wanting to put on some good mass. How's this look. Also I'm up for a wider variety of meals options. I heard tiger shrimp was good but haven't priced it yet. I'll be snackng on nuts throughtout the day . Thanks guys

7am 2scoop protien shake w/milk9:30 chicken or turkey sandwitch on wheat bread w/avacodo.fig newtons

12:30 chicken breast, brown rice or sweet patato. Green beans

3:30 tuna sandwitch, rice or patato,

7:00 pwo shaker 2scoop whey/dextrose/glutamine

8:00 whatevers is made for dinner. Meat.carbs

10:00 bedtime shake. 2 scoop whey with anpb
