Lean Gains

Anyone ever tried it? I've noticed I'm not really hungry during the day, and always super hungry after working out, so I might try to have a small snack around 3pm or so, and then just kill the food after my workout. Anyone had success with Lean Gains? I would sip on Xtend throughout the day also as well as take any vitamins, etc.
 
i got hungry after my exams and i was really super super hungry. but it did not happen to me like yours. you can try some shakes with your snacks in afternoon.
