First off, I'd like to say hello! :) Fellas, I want to know if you can offer me some advice before starting my First Cycle. I'm 30 years old and have been training off and on for 13 years, the 2 years consistently. I just finished dieting using OTC supplements like Ephedrine HCL, Caffeine, Glutamine, Creatine & BCAA's. Right now, I'm 6'2" 225lbs and roughly 8-9% bodyfat. I know alot of guys want to gain 25lbs on their First Cycle, but that is NOT what I'm after. Since I worked hard to get my bodyfat down, my focus is on QUALITY. My goal is 10lbs of lean body mass with little to NO water retention while keeping everything SIMPLE. I want to stay dry & hard through out. I've been on several boards for a while reading and learning as much as possible. The majority recommend Test only as a First Cycle, so I'll just stick with that. K.I.S.S

Test Enanthate@400-500mgs for 12 weeks
Arimidex@.25mgs ED through out to stay dry

My goal is 235lbs and 8% bodyfat when all is said and one. What do you think, guys???

If you eat clean and drink tons of water with that, you should be fine. You MIGHT end up gaining more than 10 solid pounds considering the water retention. You ought to be ok though.

First off.........Welcome to Steroidology !!

The consensus here is also Test only for a first cycle. I like you plan, the Arimidex will keep the water retention to a minimum. With a good clean diet and some cardio 3 times/week, you goal is very attainable.

Cool. So, just stick with Test Enanthate@500mgs/wk with the Arimidex along with 350-400 grams of Protein a day, ECA & cardio several times a week, right?? I wish I could afford Primo & Anavar, but we'll see how Test only goes.

test dosage looks fine. i would not start the arimidex untill you actually start bloating, if you bloat at all. have nolva on hand, its cheap and available. Keep a carefull eye on the scale, if you strive to gain a pound a week you will do well. If you gain faster, up the cardio. If slower, eat more.
i think you have the right idea with a "lean mass cycle". ive found that when i all out bulk, the extra weight gain is just fat.

lets hear your pct

good luck
