Lean muscle cycle... opinions?

hey there,
i've been browsing this forum for info for a while now, finally decided to sign up... i've done a few cycles in the past with OK results... my guess is that im not doing something right...
my stats are
Age: 24
Weight:190
Height: 5'11"
BF: 10-15%

my last cycle I ran for 6 weeks

prop 200mg EOD
tren 150mg EOD
mast 100mg EOD
HCG: 400-500 i.u / week
Yes I was doing 4.5cc shots every time lol.
my starting weight before that cycle was 170-175.

on cycle most i weighed was 205.

i've been off cycle now for the last 6 weeks and i'm down to 190, some days 185 even. So clearly I gained a lot of water weight from my last cycle.... i only like doing short ester roids so thats why i stick with prop.
my new cycle idea is:

1-8 prop 150mg EOD
1-8 mast 150mg EOD
1-8 Anavar (var) 50mg ED
3-8 proviron 25mg ED

i may start the proviron right away, i'm not sure.

what do you guys think about that cycle? my ideal size would be around 200lbs when i'm off. i'd like to have a killer 6 pack as well, which is my i chose ana Anavar (var) over tren... i got pretty bad tren cough before so I don't want to do tren again.

Nope my post cycle therapy (pct) was Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) with clomid. My libido is ok right now. Getting a bit better with time.
 
How would you say your most recent cycle went overall and did you fully recover? Nattys?
 
My last cycle went pretty well. First few weeks I wasn't eating enough so I think that hindered my gains a little. I then turned up my calories to around 4500 and my weight shot up to 205 and I plateaued. My strength gains were through the roof week 3-5. I've kept most of my gains overall. For the price and the amount of juice I did, I don't think it was worth it. So for my next one I wanna do a bit less and see of my gains are more muscle and less water.
 
wow no comments eh... is my cycle that bad or is it perfect? lol i've picked it up already and starting it today.
 
Well 15-20 lbs is a lot to lose 6 weeks after cycle but looks like you still kept some. Sounds like your diet is off. You shouldn't hold a lot of water on prop, tren, mast either. Are you eating good foods? If you are eating junk, you won't gain quality weight. Also in post cycle therapy (pct) you wanna keep the cals up, no cardio and lower volume training.
 
well i try to eat well. i have eggs in the morning and i drink egg whites in my protein shakes. i eat baby food throughout the day to keep up my calorie intake. sweet potato baby food to be exact, no sugars, no fats. i barely ever eat junk food like burgers or pizza. i usually eat sushi and chicken with rice or pasta. like i said last cycle i kicked my calories up to about 4500 and i gained a lot of weight, but i lost a lot as well when I got off. so i will need to figure out a new diet that will give me sustainable gains
 
looks like you need some work on the PCT, if youre gaining some good weight on cycle youre doing something right even if it is water.

great to see Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) used during, and clomid for post. PCT for me also includes upping your calories and stopping cardio for at least am month minimum if not longer. that has always helped me recover from cycle a lot easier
 
my PCT is always Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at about 2500/week and clomid at 100/50/50... for gyno i take letro. i havent used nolva for PCT, should i try that this time?
