I really like eveyone.... Dumbbell Lunges arnt the funniest but they do the work so i aint complaining Other then that i cant come up with any other that i dont love

i love all freeweight excersizes!
i dont really care for machines, except for certain times when i need to hit the machines...
When the reps are above 3 it gets less fun. 6 reps is about my max, and I won't do a workout with more reps again since my intensity drops a lot with more reps. High rep squats or deads just make me sick.
Running for distance has got to be one of the most unpleasant workouts I know of.
