left side stronger than right side

Is this normal, Im right handed and my left side is weaker than right side! how do you correct this? adding more weight and isolate left side or less weight (to tone first) and isolate left side?

how do you make your neck larger,wider, etc.? what exercises and with what kind of equipment do you need for the exercises? is it trap exercises or the harness thing that goes on your head with a chain to hook free weights on it (whats that thing called)?

Dude how old are you?

its normal!
 
(1) Shrugs will help increase the size of your neck.

(2) It is normal to be stronger on one side compared to the other. As you gain more experience in the gym, this difference will not be as noticeable.
 
Simplytrain the weaker parts and or sides abit more. Works for me. Give them a few extra reps or even an extra set here and there.

Im left handed and my left arm used to be a bit bigger and stronger. After upping my right arm exercises my right arm is now a bit stronger and bigger than my left, so im happy.
