Leg exercises without destroying the spine

After yesterday’s session doing squats, dead lifts, hack squats and calf raises my lower back feels to have taken a beating. I don't use an excessive amount of weights, nothing too heavy, but regardless waking up in the morning the next day feels like a workout on its own.

Could you recommend some leg exercises that won't potentially cause long term problems with my spine - anything that requires a barbell or natural body weight?

On a side note, what are some excellent preventative measures to maintain what's left of my spine?

why are u doing DLs on a leg day? u should do those on a back day. doing 2 of the 3 major movements on one day is asking for trouble. your back is getting overtrained. on my leg day i do squats and stiff leg DLs but always in correct form where mostly the legs do the work not the back.

Lower back muscles are not your spine. Since you did movements which require lower back strength, and abdominals to support your "citadel" of core strength, then how about lowering your volume or starting to train your lower back directly.

like Mudge says.
Just strengthen your lower back, and you will be sweet over time. if anything , these exercises will benefit your spine
