I have no other machines other then a powerrack, barbells, and dumbells.
Do you think I should get a Leg Extension bench or should I just stick with: Squat, Hack squat, Lunges, Good-Mornings for legs, any others you recommend?
i would get a leg extension bench so you could do leg curls. So that way when youre squatting a lot of wieght with the power rack your hammies wont lag behind. Be it good mornings work the hammies but being able to do leg curls would be nice to have
