I'm on a 4 day program
Monday - Abs, Chest, Triceps
Tuesday - Abs, Legs
Wed - Off light cardio
Thursday - Abs, Shoulders
Friday - Abs, Back , Biceps


My upper body is looking good but I have slinder legs with almost no BF on them. Can anyone suggest how I might build more mass on my legs? My calfs look ok, it is just my thighs.


Could I do legs twice a week?
 
I would only do legs once per week. If you go balls out, it will take a good 4 or 5 days to recover anyways.

(1) Squats - ass to the grass
20-15-12-failure

(2) Leg Press
3 sets 10-15 reps

(3) Leg Curls
3-4 sets 10 - 15 reps

(4) Calf Raise
