Letro and Injuries?

I'm running a cycle of Letro right now to clear up some mild gyno. I built up to 2.5 mg/day over the course of 5 days. I was planning to continue this dosage till the bumps under my nipples disappear. The question I have is does taking Letro really increase your chances of injury while training? I mostly do powerlifting and strength training, so I was wondering if I should lighten up on the big weights until I get off the Letro. Thanks guys!!
 
I found different bits and pieces of information saying Letro could increase your chances of injury, but I couldn't find any actual research or study which supports this. Input anyone?
 
Thanks Meathead96. Would you recommend I lower the weights, or is this just muscle/joint discomfort I need to deal with?
