Which way is Letro most effectively used for Gyno removal? Is it best to run during cycle, PCT, or clean?

avoid running it on cycle as much as possible.
if you have gyno from previous cycle...then first eliminate this with letro..then go for the cycle....on cycle...letro no good. wickedly strong.
avoid using letro with winstrol at any cost.its joint killing recipe.

Exactly. Mr PA is parroting information he has read on the boards.
This myth comes from studies on women, showing that it decreases estrogen 98%. First of all this number is dose dependent. Secondly AI's work much different on men than they do in women.
In fact the same dosages used on women to bring estrogen down 98% were used on men, they only brought down E like 65%.
Don't get me wrong, at certain dosages letro CAN wipe out estrogen, again this is does dependent, and holds true for any AI.
Besides the difference's between AI's concerning temporary inhibition of the the enzyme, and suicidal inhibition. The other difference is strength of the compound, this has to do with penetration of dense lipid cells. Meaning letro can go deeper than the other 2.
Letro may have its benefits if an individual has a high BF% or if they are on HCG.

I strongly disagree with pagal, I use letro and ONLY letro during a cycle do to the fact that its the strongest out there.. As for using it to eliminate gyno, others may disagree with me but from research and PERSONAL experience, if you have gyno your going to have gyno until you get it surgically removed. Using letro will supress estrogen to the point where it LOOKS like your gyno is disappearing but once you stop using it itll look the same as it did. MAYBE you can ELIMINATE it if you treat IMMEDIATELY but other then that yeah..
So is 2.5 mg daily a good starting point to use Letro as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) Oak? I'm about 15% body fat.
