Letro for gyno reversal log and questions

Thanks for the help guys, I've learned a lot and if I ever cycle again it will be done properly.

Will continue letro for the time being (I think im 11 days in) and now knowing that I can go to Doc here in Canada I'll keep that in my back pocket for the future. Don't plan on cycling again so if it reduces, lets say, 50% or more I don't think I will go under the knife. If not then I'll take the plunge at some time in the future.

I will update this thread until off letro but don't plan on posting again for a we while week unless people ask questions or there are major changes. I will also tell in detail what happens with doctor if/when letro fails.

Lump has definitely reduced in size since beginning but in terms of letro use I havn't been on long. Started 15-30 min of hard cardio a day and diet is relatively clean.

Truly thankful for the help given on this forum and I apologize again for being so ill-informed and dumb.

Hey Ology people!

Lump still very much exists but has reduced in size. About 15 or 16 days in now at 2.5mg.

I have 35ish 2.5mg letro remaining and just ordered another bottle or 50 for safe keeping. Also ordered a second bottle of 50 20mg Nolva to supplement the 40ish I already have. Never want to go without Nolva on hand for when I'm tapering off probably at the end of 2 months or so of letro.

Here are picture updates. Side with the bracelet is the Gyno side. I am doing 30 mins of hard cardio EOD and diet is clean.

More pictures next week.
 
Day 21.. Results are slow but coming.

Extremely lethargic.. I go to bed at 8pm to be up at 7:30...I've had sex only twice and no impulse to play with self since start.

I can wear T-Shirts again... Hopefully back to normal in 3 months.

40-50% Reduction in size of lump. Started at size of a quarter about half centimeter thick under left nipple and now has taken shape of a small peanut.

Will continue to update week over week. Quit weed since last week and will continue to not smoke (Thanks Da Dog).

In the pictures it is the side without the camera in hand that has the gyno.
 
big difference already im thinking of running the same cycle myself although my gyno is a bit worse so the knife may be the only option

I'll post more pictures in the next week. I take the pill in the morning roughly 8:30 am but at night the lump aches a bit if I touch it. I'm thinking my Medistar letro is under dosed and I'm gunna start taking another half pill at 8:30 at night for a while.

I can't tell if it looks much better (hard to judge myself I guess).
 
Rui ships to Canada as far as I know, their letro isn't underdosed.

If you're really feeling like shit and your GF isn't enjoying the lack of sex... you can either order some viagra/cialis too, or get off that shit man. Letro isn't a fun drug :( It's not just something you can take and forget about. It takes a toll on your mentally. You'll feel a LOT better when it clears.

Good for you for quitting weed. I smoked from like 17-21. Quitting weed was the best thing I ever did. REALLY improved my work ethic and drive.
 
Yea man. I haven't even hard a beer in 3 weeks either. Trying to really be serious about eliminating the gyno. I don't know if I will end up quitting weed entirely or not but I will not smoke or drink for a least another few months and then see how I feel.

Funny thing with the gyno is since I started doing hard cardio every other day and leaned out a bit and the lump (I think) has decreased a bit I'm realizing a lot of the "gyno" i was feeling was just fatty tissue in my tit since I have bad genes for that and fat goes immediately to my chest. So I will continue the hard cardio regiment throughout the letro cycle. I'm starting to feel the pinch on my joints too.
 
Problem with RUI (and you're going to laugh) is I can't order anything directly to my place. Luckily I trust my brother and I might have it shipped to him. I have a bottle and a half of the medistar tabs to finish first and then RUI if the lump is still the same size.
 
The guy I get the medistar from says he knows the medistar lab guy(s) directly and deals with them directly. I don't know what to believe anymore. He also told me that the lab used to be located near where I live and has since moved etc etc and he seems to me to be a really trust worthy guy.
 
Well I'm not going to slag medistar, but their products are a little spotty. Some of their orals get good reviews, some of their inject products get bad reviews. I don't use their gear.

I can verify that rui is legit. I've used them for a long time and I've never been disappointed.

You may have some "lipomastia" in addition to the hard lump. This is "chest fat". It always helps to lean out.

I personally have very minor gyno, no lumps I can feel, but my nips are a changed from pre-steroid use, most likely caused by glandular growth. I'm considering surgery in the future. A friend just had it done, and it's incredible. They cut along the edge of the nipple sort of like some breast surgeries, so the scar is almost invisible right away. His chest looks great now. I'd like the whole gland removed so I can think of it as a thing of the past.

I still have a peanut sized lump that causes the nipple to droop a bit when warm. Hopefully it will continue to improve. I think I will order some RUI letro and switch to it since time is of essence in this situation.

I have heard mixed reviews about cutting the gland out. Some people say cutting the gland out makes the nipple look awkward. Do you know for sure?

Have you seen any reduction in gyno with your letro protocol? I know RUI is definitely g2g if it helps..

From what I've heard from guys who have done it, it goes inward for a bit and then grows back outwards. I can't say I've polled everyone whos had it done, just heard from a few.
 
I think I have main progress on it but as of today I have upped the dose to one pill morning and half pill in evening for a few weeks to see what happens. No major change then I will switch to the sponsors liquid letro and continue the thread.
 
Yes. Took the half pill last night and the lump was not achy to the touch at night. Took the regular full pill this morning and lump is still not sore to the lump AT ALL. I think the tabs I have are under dosed but if I experience extreme sides I will drop back down.
 
Just an update. Day 3 of taking 1.5 pills. 1 at 8am and 0.5 at 8pm. Zero aching on lump at night and I can see a reduction in the lump size. The hard cardio is really starting to fix the chubbyness I was experiencing above the nipple. I will run another week at 3.25mg and post pictures next friday.

Elbows and knees I can now notice the ache midday. It has not affected my ability to do the treadmill thankfully.
