I have heard of stories of people taking letro after the lumps have already formed and seeing good results. I took it during my last cycle after i developed gyno during my first cycle and for some reason a few weeks after the pct. The gyno that had already been formed for a few months went away better than i expected, but it is still a little bit there. keep going with the letro but drop the nolva all together. remember to start tappering down off of that letro because u dont want to be on 2.5mgs for too long.

I gotta chime in here. I had the hard lumps the size of small marbles. Big enough to scare me and at the point of becoming visible had I gone another two weeks without letro. Mine went away with letro. BUT you will now get gyno much, much easier. Make sure you have what you need before. I had to immediately stop everything so I was screwed but they went away.
