Lets Fix Rules DL (vid)

everyone dont get bloody shins but the bar should be in contact with your legs most of the movement. if its not you losing leverage. this is on full pulls and not sldls.
I'm looking at your clips, and I don't see it (the bar touching the legs).

Oh well, I am learning the ways of the wise.

When doing (non-sumo) deads, should the toes be pointed in whatever direction is most comfortable?

the bar never leaves my legs in those clips. i drag it up them the whole way. there is one rep on the 545 clip where it drifts away from me and you can see it pull mer over but i pulled it back to fnish the rep. its the second rep i believe.

as far as foot placement on conventional pulls i like mine slightly out. maybe 20° or so. on squats i am almost 45°.
