LEVEL 2 Training

Not for cutting. I,ve done the 4 day level 2 before. Level 1 is 21 weeks. From book Big Beyond Belief. Free, just google )Big Beyond Belief Pdf) 15-25lb gains from it. Two programs 4 day and 6 day. Anyone try it before?

Looks pretty heavy on the body. I know the way I recover, that workout is NOT for me. But the crazier looking the workout the more I kind of want to try it even if it wont work for me lol.

Thats why only for 2 weeks. You are supposed to do level one first, then level 2 is your reward.. Wanted someone on gear to try. Huge pumps.

Look at level 1, you might like it.

Oh ok. Well for me I use higher reps to cut, lower reps higher weight to add on muscle.

I could give this program a try, always like tryin new workouts.
