Hey guys,
I've been lurking for about a week, reading up on most everything available. I like what I'm hearing about LGD-4033. What i am having a hard time with is any evidence supporting the claim. I see a whole lot of posts about starting cycles but not a whole lot of "these were my stats before/after". I am looking mostly for size and aesthetics, not necessarily big strength gains however, that would be nice. I've always been natty, hard gainer but strong as hell. I laid off for 20 years on the lifting. I need to put some meat back on my bones. Not looking towards the hard gear since there seems to be a "once you use it, you need to keep using it or lose your gains" problem there. Looking for a boost to help get me slingshot back in the saddle. I have been back in the gym for about a month, lost probably 5 lbs or more of body fat and and probably gained around 10lb of lean gains. I train hard as its the only way I know how. Just looking to get the most out of it. Looking for something I can run 3 or 4 cycles, put on 30lb of bulk and keep it. I am about 5' 11", currently 186lb. I want to hit 220 or 230 by end of the year. 190 is the heaviest I've ever been (at least lean and solid). Specifically my chest and back respond really well to natty lifting but I suffer from spaghetti arm syndrome.
What i want are first hand experiences with LGD-4033. Here is the info i am specifically looking for:
What weight did you start at, where did you end up after cycle?
What were your measurements before and after?
How much weight did you lose after the cycle?
What was the length of your cycle?
What was your dosage?
Have you run more than 1 cycle?
If so, was the second time better or worse in gains and sustaining them?
