Anyone have experience with all three? What do you recommend? There aren't a lot of new posts on the subject lately.
Looking for healthy connective tissue and strength gains primarily. Don't care about mass. Fat burning is still a plus of course.
Running with T and perhaps a few short yk11 blasts. YK11 is awesome but the joint pain after a while isn't worth it to run entire cycle. That's why I'm asking about the other three. Thanks!
