Libido question / problem / concern?

Hey so here is the deal:
20 y/o
5'11"
215lb 9 - 12% bf
training for 5+ years

My question: Are there are any other factors besides Low T that can effect someone's libido.

Its seems like ive always had a relatively low libido. I frequently go 1 or more weeks w/o even having a urge for sex or anything of the sort. It seems a little odd for someone my age in good health.

All my life consists of these days is work, training, eating, sleeping ( lol no joke).

I got my test level checked a couple weeks ago : 485 ng/dl ( that doesn't seem low enough to be causing any libido problems in my mind)

I am currently 1 week into a Test E / Dbol cycle, so far zero improvements in libido.. hopefully improvement will come.. but even if it does, after Im off cycle, ill be back to my natty Test levels again.. Any imput / similar experiences would be very helpful.
..forgot to add, I I have to admit that I do have small depression issues due to traumatizing incident that happened years ago. ( I don't know if that could be any sort of contributing factor..?)

Read a study (not gunna look to link it) that each person reacts diff to T levels. Some good at 350, old dude , and some good at 500. Your numbers seem a low for 20yo. If you haven't delt with this traumatic issue from the past also could affect you. Seek counselling , they can teach great tools on "letting go"

I was thinking the same thing..But at the same time I make progress in the gym, and have developed a more or less impressive physique..thats why I was pushing more towards the point of other factors contributing to low Libido..

Girls make progress if they eat and train , think how low there T is. Get blood work before test builds up, sooner the better. I don't know much about bloods but I'm sure lots of stickies here. I read somewhere average for a 30yo was 600-700. Your low if that what I read was correct.

I have similar issues. But I'm 52. Natty test was only 383 before I started cycling two years ago. I felt the same way... Just NO interest in looking for sex. I could have sex and enjoy it, but I felt I had to force myself to get out and meet potential dates. On cycle, especially tren/test/mast, I'm a sexually insatiable freak. I'm in post cycle therapy (pct) now... So back to low T. It's kind of a relief in some ways not to be "looking" all the time. Still, I know what you mean. I can't wait to get back on cycle and feel that part of me coming alive again.
You're much younger. So it's a real problem to be dealt with. For me, it's a fact of aging, I'm afraid. I have no health insurance now, but as soon as I do.... And complete my next cycle and post cycle therapy (pct) I'm gonna see the endocrenologist. I think it would be a good thing for you too. Libido is vital to a healthy balanced life. You DO need to be a fully sexual person. You DO need to find a life partner and form a deeply satisfying intimacy. Sexual function is imperative to reach these normal life goals. My first marriage failed, I now believe, because I didn't think this was important.
Your too young to accept your state as normal, or to simply self medicate.

Hey bro, sorry to hear about your issues. First of all, i think you're too young to be using AAS, espcially if you're already having libido issues. Damage to your HPTA is a real possiblilty and can have long lasting effects.

Also, your traumatic incident, was it sexual in nature? Did it effect your self confidence? The answers to these are none of my business, but it could be playing an issue in your sexual health. As another guy mentioned, there's no shame in seeing a counselor.
