i never really cared about music while i lift, it actually distracts me, makes me nostalgic, or emotional. I have a problem with emotions and music, and if I listen to something that pisses me off all i can think about are how fucked up politics and religion are. if i listen to something that's too emotional I get lost in that.

If im alone, i listen to nothing, but I prefer to have at least 2 other guys working out with me, yelling at me, correcting any technical flaws, and pushing me. That is what really helps me lift. and i let the lifting partners choose the music.

That's why I listen to metal and hardcore, get's my adrenaline running, makes me pissed off, and the result of that? I push that fucking weight right off of me!

La Coka Nostra- "House of Pain" along with a couple friends. Almost every song on A Brand You Can Trust is gym worthy.
