for cardio, i turn my blackberry on to pandora radio and jam to some freestyle. (stevie B, johnnie O, TKA, Rockell, Cynthia).... or, ill play DJ Tiesto's Club Life Volumes....they are about 50-110minutes per volume. GREAT MUSIC
for my lifts, i like to listen anything with an intense beat. Either hiphop, or hardcore rock....doesn't matter.
