I just started a Test Enanthate cycle at 300 mg per week, it is my first, i'll be running it for 7 week, i am aware it is short, shorter than i'd like it to be but i have no alternative...
i am eating six meals a day, some carbs for the first 4 and usually sticking to protein and greens for the last two.
i am training 5/6 days a week,
my workout split is
Day 1 - Chest/Calves
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Arms
Day 6- Abs/Hamstrings (1 week on, week off for the Hams, they are a weak point)
i usually train at about 11 in the morning, but i'm up at around 6. i was wondering, do you think i'd harm the gains i'm getting from the Test if i was to do a half hour of cardio (walking) early in the morning say 3-4 days a week?
im fine with putting some bf/water on, and obviously that comes with the cycle, but i'd like to minimize it and keep as much bloat off as possible. i've read walking early in the morning after sleeping and before the first meal of the day is the prime time to target and eliminate fat. i was thinking of just having a protein shake (no carbs, 160 cals) and then doing a light walk.....
any thoughts? thanks guys.
