link between hematocrit and blood pressure?

Since I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) my hematocrit went from about 43 to 48. My BP doesn't seem to have changed and is still pretty low - usually around 70/110.
My upcoming blood test doesn't include hematocrit (though i'm sure future ones will). If my BP stays low can I infer that my hematocrit is probably still ok? Or is the relationship between the two too complicated to make any such inference?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure hematocrit just affects the viscosity of the blood - making it thicker due to all those extra blood cells, where blood pressure is just the amount of pressure your heart exerts during both phases of a heartbeat. I haven't noticed a difference in blood pressure as my hematocrit increases, but I'm sure that won't come into play until your hematocrit is REALLY high.

My .02c :)
